Chamber Sponsors Official National Day of Brazil Reception in Hong Kong

The Chamber supported the official reception commemorating the National Day of Brazil, held on September 7 and organized by the Consulate General of Brazil in Hong Kong under the leadership of Consul General Ambassador Wladimir Valler Filho.

The luncheon brought together local government authorities, members of the diplomatic corps, dignitaries, and prominent business, cultural, and educational leaders representing Hong Kong, Macau, and Brazil. The occasion also provided a special opportunity to welcome the Brazilian Women’s National Rugby Team, the Yaras, ahead of their participation in the Global Series Challenger, where attendees expressed their support and wished them great success in the competition.

Celebrating rich Brazilian culture, guests enjoyed an authentic gastronomic experience highlighted by the traditional feijoada prepared by renowned chef Rafa Gil.

The Chamber was represented at the celebration by the attendance of President James Kilpatrick, Executive Director Maristela Scenna-Romano, and Legal Director Bruno Eduardo di Guilio, alongside several institutional members and corporate representatives.
